"La Petite Maison"

Our Petite Maison is the outbuilding of our pretty cottage located in the municipality of Bosc Roger en Roumois. On a plot of 4000 m2 not far from all amenities, you can quickly access various popular sites in Normandy. You will be in a small green area where only the birds will enchant your days. Come and sit under a tree to read a book or simply enjoy the calm. We will welcome you and advise you throughout your stay. You will find yourself 3/4 of an hour from the beautiful beaches of Calvados, 1.5 hours from Paris or 20 minutes from Rouen, our beautiful city with a hundred bell towers. You will therefore be staying not far from our thatched cottage, a typical Norman heritage. We therefore welcome you to this beautiful outbuilding, which was fully modernized and refurbished 2 years ago. Fully equipped and trendy decor. You will come across us and our animals, our family is very warm and full of life. We will be at your disposal to advise and guide you on the attractive sites of Normandy. You will have a pleasant stay in the countryside, you can rest in the "green" while keeping the city not far away. Our village has all the shops simplifying your life, sports field, City stadium... and even a small library. The neighborhood only asks for your discretion and respect for the noise level. Afterwards, you'll just have to enjoy our garden or bask under an apple tree. Life is sweet in Normandy. Guest access Guests can take advantage of half of the land, except for the front of our house, which we keep private. This leaves you a pleasant space all around the Little House of about 1500 m2. You will have access to the picnic table as well as its barbecue. You will have at your disposal our petanque court, the latter being used by us from time to time.
