Loft boat 'The Panter'

'The Panter' is a 39m boat from the 60ies. Used for years in transport, it is now tastefully transformed into a loftboat. The front of the boat is entirely yours and has a private entrance. The four of us live in the tail end of the boat with our cat. The studio consists of a living room & kitchen with a mezzanine that has a queensize bed. The second part is a smaller room with a queensize bed, shower and toilet. Outside you can enjoy the sunset from the upper deck or relax on the patio. The space The front of the boat is a 10 m2 bedroom with queen sized bed, following the shape of the boat. Sleeping there will wake you up with the sound and view of the water.. Here you will also find toilet, sink and glass rain shower. Please note that, as the space is confined, these are in the room. Next to that is the 30 m2 main area, combining kitchen, livingroom and queen sized bed/chillout on the mezzanine. There you will find a pelletstove, a tikibar with barstools and cozy rotan sofa’s. The kitchen has all that you need to make a simple meal, including a fridge, pots and pans, and basic spices and ingredients. Coffeemaker, filters, coffee, sugar, milk and tea are provided, as are bedlinnen and towels. On top of all this (litterally) there is a sunny rooftop deck terrace which is exclusively yours. The jungle patio by which you enter the boat is slightly more covered, and is a shared area. This listing is perfect for a family with kids. Guest access Self checkin is no problem, though we do like to meet our guests if possible. You will receive the code to our keybox, together with loads of other information regarding your stay shortly before your arrival. Other things to note Self check-in is possible in case of late arrival. 🅿️ Parking on the quay is unfortunately not allowed. You may however park short term in front of the boat to load or unload your luggage. The surrounding neighbourhood is a green zone, which means 24h parking is 3,5€ There are a few free park&ride areas withik walking distance, such as Muide, Lubeck and Galveston
