This modern dwelling is situated on 16 acres at Ngatarawa the heart of the Hawkes Bay's wine Region. Private & secluded only 10 minutes to Hastings. Guests accommodated in a bedroom wing. This Bedroom has its own private entrance, a fridge, tea & coffee making facilities. The wing has its own bathroom with bath, shower & toilet. A modern Kitchen, Dining & Formal lounge are available to guests. An outdoor living setting & BBQ area grace the front of the home. The space Two further bedrooms are available to accommodate to a total of 6. The property has a large Olive Grove, the owners producing Olive Oil. Horses including a recently broken in Kaimanawa gelding share the additional acreage. Grazing for guests by negotiation. There are yards on the property. Secluded down a shingle drive way it is further secured by an entrance gate. The house is situated for ALL day sun. The Air BnB bedroom has its own morning coffee patio.
