Just 30 metres from the beach in St Leonard's-on-Sea, this grand seaside residence is designed for unforgettable get-togethers, milestone celebrations, and relaxed coastal escapes. Inside, grand reception rooms set the stage for memorable evenings. The dining tables seat up to 18 guests, while bifold doors open onto a sheltered outdoor area perfect for pre-dinner drinks. The adjoining lounge features sea views, deep sofas, a private bar area, and a large-screen Smart TV with films and shows for everyone. Board games and puzzles invite slower moments together. Eight Ensuite Bedrooms Each of the eight individually designed ensuite bedrooms offers the comfort of a boutique hotel — spotlessly clean, high-quality linens, and thoughtful touches throughout. With 3 rooms having the choice of King or Twin beds, the layout works beautifully for multi-generational families and groups of friends. Fast, reliable Wi-Fi covers every room, and Netflix is available in all bedrooms for quiet downtime. Practical Comforts Two private parking spaces are provided in a secure car park nearby, with additional free on-street parking around Warrior Square (100 m from the house). The kitchen is fully equipped for group dining, complete with a bean-to-cup Sage coffee machine, quality cookware, and ample fridge and freezer space. Unbeatable Coastal Location Step outside and you’re just moments from miles of promenade — perfect for morning runs, beach walks, or sunset cycles. Independent cafés, bakeries, antique shops, and restaurants are on your doorstep, while Hastings Old Town is a scenic 20-minute stroll along the seafront. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire building. Bedrooms are situated on the upper floors. The lounge, kitchen, dining room and garden are situated on the ground floor. The house is situated on the long, flat elegant promenade of St Leonards On Sea. There are excellent walks in both directions and bus stops in both directions within 100m of the house. Other things to note PARKING: We have 2 spaces in a secure car park near-by (approx 150m from the house). In addition to these, there is a good amount of unrestricted on-street parking on Warrior Square (approx 100m from the house) and on the hills behind the house (Church road etc).
