This 120 m2 house is composed on the ground floor of three living rooms: a large kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine...); a TV lounge with armchairs and sofas for 8 and a large dining room with bookshelves0000. On the first floor, three bedrooms are available, two of which include modern bathrooms. The cottage features a garden with private garden lounge and barbecue. Part of the garden is however shared with a second house. The space The house is from the beginning of the 20th century. It is traditionnal from the Loire valley. The accommodation is located at an ideal location in Gien. It is both quiet and very close to the Loire riverbanks, the 14th century castle and the faïence manufacture. At 200 meters you arrive on the beaches of the Loire river with the circuit of the Loire to Bike. You also have many French restaurants and world cuisine (Italian, Moroccan, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, Thai) Guest access The house is fully private with independent access. The garden is shared with another cottage (but each cottage has its own garden lounge, separated by vegetation). Travellers also have access to a shared bike garage to keep their bikes dry if needed. Other things to note In order to allow our travellers to have the choice, sheets and towels are not included in our basic offer. However, we can provide them for an extra 10 euros.
