The Cottage on Park Ave.

The Cottage is a detached , private building. The COTTAGE has a high-end, very comfortable queen size bed , high-end linens, and feather pillows. Also a medium sized TV in the sleeping area, on the wall for separate viewing. The Cottage has a new state of the art smart A/C and heating system , with full heating and cooling. It has granite counter top kitchenette. There is a full bathroom. The living room has a 32 inch flatscreen TV and a couch that can double for a BED. The space Wonderful location just 5 blocks from beautiful downtown Thomasville and next door to Legacy Village, one block north of Camellia Gardens, Golden Living Center,and Archbold Medical Center. This tranquil non-smoking Cottage is 550 square feet. The kitchen has granite countertops with a two burner stove, toaster oven, convection microwave and the choice of three different coffee makers a Cuisinart regular,French press or kuric. Please specify in your email which you would prefer they are Cuisinart is what we use as our standard. The bathroom is fully tiled along with a shower head that is extended an additional 6 or 8 inches to accommodate our taller guests. The living room has a large 7 foot couch which accommodates one additional person. The living room also looks out onto the fountain in the garden through a large glass window. All bedding is laundered all way down to the mattress after each guest. We know when you travel your privacy is important to you and we protect your privacy but are on the same property so we are just a phone or text away to help in any way that we can! Please raise or lower the temperature by 4 or 5 Degrees if you’re going to be out of the unit for an extended number of hours. This is a cost saving practice Guest access This space is quite private so coming and going at any time will not disturb other guests. Our regular check in time is 4 p.m. or later and check out is 11 a.m. Other things to note We value our guest privacy and Allow them quiet enjoyment.
