The Commercial Bank is a beautiful Historical Building that is located in Lancefield Victoria, approx 1 hour drive from Melbourne CBD. It is the Gateway to Macedon Ranges, perfect place to explore the region. Bookings for one night can be accepted through enquiry with an additional cost of $180 Please note booking price is for entire space and 11 guests. Christmas and Easter require min 5 nights booking + 10% disc. The space The Bank The building is two stories and has lovely views of the Macedon Ranges from the upstairs rooms. There are 5 bedrooms. Four queen beds with separate en suite bathrooms with toilet, shower and clawfoot tubs & one bedroom with double bunk. We pride ourselves in offering our guests a clean & luxurious stay with quality bedding and towels provided. Wifi is available. There are 2 lounges with gas/electric heating and fireplaces. Only the downstairs fireplace can be used and guests can purchase a bag of wood at Thrifty Link in town. There is a large flat screen Tv in the downstairs lounge with Chromecast. The large Kitchen comes fully equipped with a family sized fridge, large gas oven and everything you need to cook up storm, basic herbs and spices, salt & pepper and tea and coffee. The large extendable dining table comfortably seats 12 guest and is a gorgeous setting for a dinner party and special occasions. There is a gas BBQ with an outdoor dining table and fresh herbs in the garden. The Bank offers a truly unique experience and is the perfect country getaway for family and friends to enjoy a special time away together. Guest access Guests have access to entire building. Other things to note Lancefield is really such a sweet country town that offers everything, an IGA supermarket, Great Aussie Pub that is very busy so best book ahead on weekends. The General Store makes a mean Hamburger and has a lolly shop and yummy cakes & slices, lovely local. Bakery, Cafes, Boutique Stores and a Fish & Chip Shop + Awesome Op Shop.
