House located in the heart of a small Savoyard village, very quiet. House on 2 floors. 1st floor: living rooms open to the kitchen. The space We live in a small village typical of the Bauges massif in the heart of Savoy. Our village facing Mont Blanc is very quiet. In the center of the village there is a pond, often a point of discussion between neighbors when we come to fetch water. It is also our children's "swimming pool" in summer! We are very sporty and especially love nature. We spend most of our free time in the mountains summer or winter, skiing, mountain biking, trail, refuge... Ecology and respect for the environment are an integral part of our way of life. We only use eco-friendly and organic products. We make our garden in which our compost is located. You can use it during your stay. - located 10 min from Albertville and at the crossroads of all the valleys (Beaufortain, Tarentaise, Maurienne, Bauges). - 30 min from Lake Annecy - Many walks from the house, on foot or mountain biking - Bakery, butcher shop, grocery store in the neighboring village 5 min by car, at least 30 min by a walking path or mountain bike Other things to note For safety reasons, you won't be able to use the wood-burning stove, only the radiators.
