Most of our guests are customers coming again year after year and stay there for weeks to several years, some teach English or Kite-surf or dive instructors. Other things to note We point out that we have a high season price for the period from 01.12 to 15.04 and a low season price for the rest of the year. The high season price is about the double as the low season price. In all our prices are included free use of water, wifi internet, parking, use of garden and BBQ and international cable TV. Electricity is charged extra and settled by the meter.
