Can Miró is an old Ibizan country house renovated and decorated in the island's cosmopolitan style. The house has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and a kitchen. Outdoor area with garden, terrace with barbecue, 10x5 m saltwater pool. The house has air conditioning, wifi, security alarm and private parking area. Ideal for families, groups of friends, and days of vacation and relaxation. Parties and events are not permitted. The space 🎨 The house is decorated with artwork and murals by various artists from the island. 🏞️ Located in a quiet rural area but very close to the city. Just 5 minutes from the port of Ibiza, Amnesia or Unvrs. 15 minutes from the airport and Playa den Bossa (Hi, Ushuaia) 🚕 There is no public transportation in the area, we recommend renting a vehicle or using taxis. Guest access Can Miró offers total privacy and private access to the house, garden and terrace with pool. Living room with TV, DVD and satellite. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, water heater, coffee maker, oven, toaster and dishwasher). Music system with Bluetooth connection, WiFi, air conditioning, safe and alarm. Other things to note To ensure the peace and quiet offered by the property, we kindly ask you to note the following: 🚫 No party policy: Can Miró is a private property, not a place for parties and events. The owners live next door. Unauthorized gatherings and outside visitors or inviting more than 4 people outside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in termination of the contract, leaving the house and being reported to the authorities. 🌙 Quiet hours: out of respect for the neighbors, the local environment and according to Spanish law, playing music is prohibited from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the quiet environment. 🚭 Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house. Please use the designated outdoor spaces and collect the cigarette butts properly to prevent fires. 🐕 Pets are not allowed, as there are other animals on the property (cats, goats, and peacocks).
