This is a charming, unique private guest suite in a mid-century home.There are two main rooms, the bedroom has a queen bed and a small sofa,also a hallway in between with a full modern bath.The space is perfect for two guests or solo.Owned by a world traveling artist, It has many unique and colorful features.You will enjoy plenty of light, lots of privacy,including the garden, a calm peaceful vibe, also a small kitchen with just enough space to cook your own choice of cuisine,and plenty of wifi. The space Guests will enjoy our private garden with sun,shade,herbs,fruit trees, flowers,large cactus succulents.,as well as a 45’tall sycamore tree. We also have an outdoor sink where guests can wash dishes and let the Sun dry them off,for dining alfresco a beautiful Moroccan table with four chairs and plenty of shade is available for afternoon tea,to either dine,work on the computer or relax. There is also an art studio belonging to the owner on the premises which usually remains closed.There is plenty of space on the deck however to lay in the Sun or practice yoga. Guest access Guests have access to their private suite and garden within the fenced in portion,as well as the laundry area inside of the garage.
