Our house is only 15' walk to Hoan Kiem lake, 5' to HUST, 1' to Vincom mall, 5' to HN train/airport bus station. You’ll love our house because of comfy bed, a well equipped and personal coziness. We also offer NETFLIX + FREE drinking water! No plastic bottle on-site ^^ Our house is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers. Renovated from our old 2-story house, the space has some special traits. Pls read the space description carefully before booking. Thank you so much! The space - Our place is a 2-story house in a little iconic alley in Hanoi. - We got one ~ 18m2 living room with comfy bed on the first floor. - On second floor there are kitchen and bathroom. Be noted that you'll need to use a stair (half indoor half outdoor) to get upstair. The door in the middle of the stair is quite small so if you're tall ^^ - On second floor, there are a sofa bed, a fridge, together with table, book shelf, and clothes rack. - The bathroom is furnished with comfy toilet and shower. - There is decent light in both rooms on the first and second floor as we got no window (yes a sacrifice for the space!), instead you will have so much light and open air space in the kitchen and outdoor stair!! Guest access Guest can use first and second floor. Guess can also access to washing machine on ground floor. Other things to note In our neighborhood, there are mostly elderly people whose English is very limited. Don't worry so much if you cannot communicate with them, please reach to us for further support.
