The apartment is fully air-conditioned with a new and efficient central system and has a high-speed fibre optic internet connection for your use. Within the urbanisation of Puerto Blanco, you'll find the large community swimming pool only a short walk from the property (around 200m). A car is not necessary but there is a private parking space in the secure underground car park if needed. All in all, a great family holiday apartment.
