Enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching deer graze in the woods The space Living & Amenities: Sleeping Arrangements (All bedrooms feature their own TV!): Master Suite: Features a comfortable Queen bed, and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2: A second Queen bed Guest Bedroom 3: The perfect "flex" room! This room features a Full-size bed plus a Twin bunk bed and its own TV—ideal for kids or teens. Fully Loaded Kitchen: No need to pack the pantry! Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware, gadgets, and equipment you need to whip up everything from a quick breakfast to a full family feast. Laundry Room: Features a washer and dryer for guests to enjoy—perfect for refreshing your gear after a day on the trails or at the lake. Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home and on all bedroom TVs. Guest access Guests have full, private access to the 3-bedroom home, the laundry room, the fenced-in yard, the garage, the carport, and the 4+ acre property. Please note: The two storage sheds on the property are private and not accessible to guests. Other things to note Occupancy & Fees: Our standard occupancy is up to 8 guests. While we can accommodate groups larger than 8, please note that there is an additional guest fee for each person over the count of 8. Pet Policy: We love our furry friends!
