Ask if there is any questions. • please inspect and notify if anything it’s broken, missing or dirty once you check in. • 2 full beds and sofa bed is a small futon ( best for children) • I do not provide shampoo nor soap • WiFi works but it’s only 24 mbps( works best if only one device is connected) - sometimes WiFi does go down. •pool closes at 8 - opens memorial weekend and closes Labor Day. •side door cannot be locked nor open from the outside (only from inside) • APARTMENT IS 369 sqft and can tightly accommodate five people • no tv in bedroom (only in living room) •table has 2 chairs • window ac is in the living room Guest access You have access to the pool from 11-8pm. Only one car per unit is permitted in the parking lot(guest pass provided at security office) but unlimited parking on the side of the street. Other things to note Security presence is pretty heavy at this community so you’re always be safe at whatever time, but please note that after 11 the noise have to be controlled or they will come knock at your door to quiet down.
