The Coach House is a stylish two bedroomed, listed building, set high above Barnstaple offering spacious self-catered accommodation for four people. The master bedroom boasts a four-poster bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a Mediterranean courtyard garden with a hot tub as well as extensive garden space to explore. The property is within easy reach of the best Devon beaches. This luxurious property is ideal for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. Parking and WiFi are provided The space The Coach house is surrounded by mature trees and is set in 7 acres of garden. Feel free to explore the gardens or take a seat on the bench at the top of the lawn and enjoy fabulous views and sunsets over the Taw estuary, towards the sea. A fire pit and BBQ are available for you to use during your stay. The Coach House retains some wonderful original features such as gothic and semi-circular windows, which make the property really light and airy. The large kitchen has a vaulted ceiling and it is very well equipped with everything you will need for a self-catering holiday, including a coffee machine. The Master bedroom has a beautiful roof window, through which you can watch the stars at night, fitted with a remote controlled blind for you to use. There is an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower attachment. The second bedroom is compact but equally as luxurious as the Master bedroom. It can be made up with twin beds or king size bed. It has French doors which can be opened to enjoy the fresh Devon air. The Mediterranean courtyard garden is a wonderful private space in which to relax or eat al fresco. At night It is particularly atmospheric with solar lights and outdoor lanterns and its a real treat to have a soak in the hot-tub which is kept at a cosy 38 degrees. The marble tiled shower room on the ground floor, has under floor heating and is conveniently situated for showering after your dip. Spa robes are supplied to use during your stay and throws available to use when the sun goes down. Guest access Guests have sole use of the courtyard garden, it is surrounded by an old stone wall. This allows privacy and protects the property from wind. Guests have free access to a large lawned area which has a bench to enjoy the magnificent views over the estuary. Access to the parking at the rear of the property is via a gravelled driveway and parking is in front of the Coach House.
