Guest Suite, Private Entrance close to Town & PSU

The comfortable suite has a bedroom with a full-size bed, a living room/sun room with a sofa bed, and a full bath with double-headed shower/tub. There is a private entrance with keypad and off-street parking. While there is no kitchen, a small refrigerator and microwave are available for your use. You will have close and easy access to downtown State College and Beaver Stadium, just two miles away. Hosts are non-intrusive and you will have a totally private stay. The space My place is great for singles, couples or small families. Guest access Sunroom/living room. A relaxing space with lots of light, dining nook and TV. Bathroom has a tub with a double headed shower - one on each end. Other things to note We have a very friendly 70 pound, puppy-like dog who would love to meet you, if you are a dog lover. Most of the time you won’t even know he is here though, as there are two doors between your space and ours.
