19th century house with ocean view on Ven

House from the 1850s on idyllic Ven in the middle of Öresund. Sea view, large and secluded lush garden with several wonderful "rooms" to sit and read or just relax in. The house is about 100 sqm with 7 beds and 1000 sqm garden. The house is located just a few minutes' walk from Bäckviken harbor, where the boat comes from the mainland. In Bäckviken, there is an excellent child-friendly swimming area with a jetty and beach. By bike, everything on the island can be reached within 10-15 minutes. The space Well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and underfloor heating. In the garden, there are three different larger seating areas to have dinner at. Large parasol available. BBQ area. Hedge, other greenery or fence surrounds the whole garden. Other things to note Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is not included. The house is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
