The safest and nicest places in the center of Athens, 10 min walk to the Acropolis Museum and Plaka, 30 min to Syntagma square, 20 meters from the trolley stop, 30 meters from the bus stop to Piraeus, and to the sunny beaches of Attica, 150 meters from metro station. The space Our apartment was in a long-term rental for the last 5 years. Now my daughter Iro and her friend will be staying there and from time to time the house will be open to welcome visitors. The apartment is in Koukaki, one of the quietest, safest and nicest neighborhoods in Athens center, a 10-minute walk to Acropolis and Plaka. Bakery, supermarket, meat and vegetable shops, pharmacy, hair & nail salon next door and nice cafes & restaurants are less than a 1-minute walk. Open-air vegetables, fruit, and fish market every Friday in the street. Syntagma square is within walking distance or can be easily reached by trolley and metro. The house comfortably sleeps 4 persons. One double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that opens and becomes like 2 single beds (the living room has an extra sliding door so it can be like a separate double bedroom). The apartment is spacious, 80 square meters, on the top floor(5fth). Balcony and large Veranda with open view. All the rooms are full of light throughout the day. Other amenities: • wifi, • hot water, • stove, • small fridge, • kettle, • hairdryer, • kitchenware Although our neighborhood is right in the center of archaeological places (Acropolis & around) and close to nightlife (Plaka - Psyri), at the same time is quiet and nice to sleep in. Metro and tram lines are just 10 min walking distance while bus and trolley are just 2 minutes away.
