Cottage will provide comfort and open seaview in an acre garden and tennis ct: private garden-owner's garden next to it, and patio area, high roll top bath, shower cubicle, and Wifi and Netflix. Weekly booking /Saturday changeover will be preferred for high demand season unless last minute request. Unless last minute of arrival in 2 weeks, It normally operates on minimum stay of 3 nights and reduction on longer stay. Please message me for speial rate if for long duration stay. The space The cottage boasts a picture-perfect seaview from its bedroom (one bedroom), lounge (leather sofa bed) and bathroom set in an acre garden of open seaview and tennis court in the main garden. It comes with private garden and patio area. The cottage is equipped with hotel quality luxury with "Staple" make bed, goose down duvet, crystal glasses, high roll top bath, separate shower cubicle and private tennis court available to use in the main garden. Kitchen is equipped with Smeg cooker, dish washer, fridge-freezer and washing machine. TVs and Dvd players with Netflix and Wifi are readily available. It comes with an outdoor play area of swing, slide, baby swing and tennis court. Baby equipment (high chair, bottle steriliser, baby bath, toys, baby gym, baby DVDs and cots. Just request!) is readily available to suit family needs. Being situated on the hill of the village, there are walking woods located out front. Strawberry Mill will promise you peace, tranquility and romance. If your stay is longer than two weeks away, acceptable minimum length of stay will be three days or more. Lovely walking paths down the forest hill and mountain in its back are on your doorstep. The whole village enjoys fantastic seaview from everywhere. Ideal as a base to travel to Llandudno, Conwy, Chester and Snowdonia national park. Guest access The garden comes with a great outdoor play area of swing, slide, baby swing, trampoline and tennis court. Its convenience is also excellent as it comes with award winning pub, convenience store, post office, and local takeaway all in 5 minute walking distance. Food delivery service from the local takeaway are readily available. Other things to note Please note: My typical minimum booking period is 3 nights for weekends (Fri-Mon) and 4 nights for the weekdays (Mon-Fri). Within 2 weeks departure, for two nights of weekends, booking will be available typically for twenty less than three nights booking rate. Three nights of weekdays are twenty pounds less than four nights rate.
