This studio is located on the third floor of a beautiful 19th century edifice. Recently renovated, the building has kept its original touch, with 18th century rococó azulejo mural above the entrance and inner stone arches. This comfortable and modern studio is the perfect base for you to get to know Lisbon, as everything is within walking distance: Chiado, Bairro Alto, Príncipe Real, Miradouro de Santa Catarina, Parliament, Tagus River and Jardim da Estrela among others. The space This fully furnished studio was recently renovated and decorated in a modern yet comfortable style, with great attention to detail and plants. It is southward facing and therefore bathed in natural light. The kitchen is fully furnished with fridge, freezer, microwave, induction stove, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The studio has a dinning table, a flat screen tv and a queen size bed. The bathroom is fully equipped, including a towel heater and hairdryer. This studio is equipped with reversible Air Conditioning. Other things to note Sheets, duvets, one body towel and one face towel, and final cleaning are included in your stay. If you stay more than 4 days a cleaning, change of bed sheets and towels will be provided. If you are traveling with a baby, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance as we can provide a baby cot, high chair and some utensils and toys, free of charge. We also provide the following amenities: shower gel/shampoo, hand soap, two rolls of toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil & vinegar, detergent for washing the dishes and apartment. In Lisbon, tap water is drinkable. We are regulated by the same laws applied to Hotels/Tourism in Portugal and therefore SEF (Foreigners and Borders Service) legally requires information, in the same way, that all hotels will require a passport or any other form of identification, the identification number, date of birth and nationality of each guest. Since we don't have reception and we don't have members present at the property, we have a secure online check-in system that you must complete before your arrival.
