A beautiful 4 bedroom house with its own gym and office space , tastefully decorated and immaculate in a truly beautiful village just off the A19 and located to so many places like Durham only 30 mins away and Newcastle again only 30 mins away and Middlesborough 15 mins away and the beautiful seaside places such as whitby 35 mins away and south sheilds and tynemouth and Whitley bay around 40 mins away, a beautiful double bedroom with full use of the house and fast internet access for the guests The space A beautiful house in a beautiful village with private parking and a private rear garden ,very friendly host to offer any advice of places to visit or see within the north east and surrounding areas Guest access Guests have there own double bedroom but have use of the rest of the property including a gym and office space Other things to note I have 2 friendly cats and one small friendly dog all of who are house trained and very well look after and very clean
