The space Lakeview Lodge (8 Astbury Falls) is perfect for a romantic holiday or weekend getaway, with private sauna and stargazing hot tub, situated on a gated complex 1.8 miles from the picturesque town of Bridgnorth. There are fifteen private lodges on the site, it has a beautiful view of the lawn and wooded hills, overlooking the two fishing lakes that are next door and Astbury Hall Golf Club (with it's own resturant and bar - open for guests) is visible, further up the valley. Lakeview Lodge is a luxurious alternative to the more traditional Shropshire cottage it has a light, airy open plan living space, a well-equipped kitchen including granite worktops and a Belfast sink. Explore Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Ludlow, Shrewsbury, or the Ironbridge Gorge museums. The area is ideally suited to walking, cycling and bird watching, with the Mercian Way (Cycle Route 45) on the doorstep, as well as the Wenlock Edge, Long Mynd Hills and Stiperstones all in easy reach. There is an outside shed for the storage of your bicycles. PLEASE NOTE: The Lodge is on a site that is protected by electronic gates, the keypad is situated outside the complex and when exiting, the gates will only open whan a vehicle triggers the automatic opening. It is quite dificult to walk out of the complex, so this property may not be suitable for those without a vehicle or with mobility issues. Guest access All one floor. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, TV (FreeSat) and a DVD player, there is also a charging point with a double USB socket. There are double doors to large decked balcony where the sunked stargazing hot tub is situated. As the lodge is located in a designated Area of Natural Beauty, and a Wildlife Preservation Area there are certain restrictions in place. Note: Under the Astbury Falls Booking Terms and Conditions, bookings cannot be accepted which include: Babies or children under 15's, hen or stag parties, pets, obvious commercial vehicles or motor homes. Note: Under the Astbury Falls Booking Terms and Conditions all cleaning materials must be "Eco Friendly" - No Bleach, "Eco Friendly" washing-up liquid and cleaner will be provided as will a scourer and toilet paper. The hot tub is located outside on the decking in a rural setting, thus no matter how many times it is cleaned some foliage will always find its way into the water. When using the hot tub, please be aware of other residents and if music is played, not have it too loud. There is no Wi-Fi
