The next town Mirepoix is about 7 kms with all commodities, restaurants and Cafés. You can go hicking directly from here. Carcassonne is 36 km by car, Toulouse 70 km. The space The gite is nicely situated with a stunning view, not far from the charming medieval town Mirepoix. A huge lake, Montbel, with beaches is only a few miles away for children and family. The area is ideal for hicking. Many spots to visit including castles. Aude vine-area only half an hour by car. We do not charge any cleaning fees, so please make sure to do it when checking-out. Guest access You have a wooden deck infront of the Yourte, inorder to be able to sit outside.
