The space This is a single private apartment with spacious rooms, chandeliers in every room, equipped kitchen with bar top and stools, and a sunny balcony where you can enjoy your dinners and drinks. Access to the apartment is with magnetic keys which also open the main lobby door. We have on site laundry washers and dryers for your use free of charge. The building is also equipped with emergency power generator and an Otis elevator. Our water is fresh unlike other buildings which might have salt water because of use of well water. The concierge is available on site 24/7 for any assistance. There are many shops, grocery stores, mini markets, and bakeries in the neighborhood for your to enjoy, or ask the concierge to get your deliveries. You may also leave your bags with the concierge in case you have a late flight or if you arrived in the early morning before check-in. Guest access You and your guests may use the pool and surrounding lounging chairs and sun tanning area on the 5th floor. You may also use the roof deck and enjoy dinner and drinks while looking at the Beirut sky line. You may also use the on site free laundry machines. Other things to note The concierge can assist with free on street parking or paid off site parking which is less than a minute walk away.
