This one bedroom ground floor Nook has a light living / dining area and fully kitted kitchen with a lovely modern bathroom and a well proportioned bedroom with built in wardrobes. The Nook has a shared drive with private parking situated in a very quiet cul de sac that is literally steps away from a woodland where walking options are plentiful. The space A cosy Nook in a quiet central area of Aviemore just across from the Orbital path and wonderful wooded area. Wonderful walks to the surrounding countryside literally out of the door. Great place to start exploring the great outdoors yet within easy walking distance of all Aviemore amenities. We welcome well behaved dogs to the snug by prior arrangement (cleaning fee may apply). The TV is setup for DVD use only (selection of DVD's available) and there is no wifi. We hope our guests will enjoy switching off from the hectic day to day life like we do!
