There are 3 bedrooms, and there are separate toilets on the 1st and 2nd floors. A maximum of 7 people can stay, so it is recommended for families and groups. We provide exclusive sheets and amenities for the hotel. Popular sightseeing spots such as Universal, Aquarium, and Solaniwa Onsen are around the house! Unregistered visitors are not permitted to enter or stay overnight. 4.【Parties & Pets】Parties and gatherings are not allowed. Pets are not permitted. 5.【Quiet Hours】Please keep quiet during nighttime and late hours. Loud noise, music, or disturbances may result in complaints from neighbors and police involvement. 6.【Law & Public Order】Any illegal activities or behavior against Japanese law or public order and morals are strictly prohibited. 7.【Cleaning Service】No cleaning service or towel replacement is provided during the stay. 8.Please take all trash and personal belongings with you at check-out. Do not leave suitcases or other large items in the room or common areas. Any item exceeding 30 cm in size will be treated as bulky waste. The disposal fee for suitcases or other large items is JPY 5500 per item (tax included), and the cost will be charged to the guest.
