Our 140 square meter apartment is designed by the interior designers of the Oriental Bangkok. There are spectacular views over one of the top 20 beaches in the world from our huge balcony. Fabulous restaurants within 50 meters. Kata noi and Kata are only a short walk away. There is 6 units in our block. The unit is very private. It is ideal for families, groups of friends or couples. This apartment is accessible by stairs or elevators. It is 140 square meters with 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite. It has a shared swimming and spa pool. Our helper will clean the unit during your stay. Additional mattresses can be provided and it comfortably accommodates 4 people plus one with a rollout mattress. Quality Thai furnishings and original artwork are throughout the apartment. A system of 3 independently controlled air conditioners ensure comfortable living in all areas. The living area has the highest quality furnishings, TV and DVD player, and local Wi-Fi should you choose to bring your own lap-top or IPad in addition to Cable TV. The fully fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, four plate electric stove, microwave oven, and all needed cooking utensils and crockery are provided. Teak table, chairs and Lounge are on the patio from which you can dine and enjoy the beauty of the sun setting over the Adaman sea. You can arrange delivery and dine on the balcony. The balcony has spectacular views of the ocean and surrounding country side. The apartment overlooks the common affinity pool located in a garden setting with panoramic views across the ocean and beach. The pool has a water jet spa located within it. Lounges and umbrellas are provided and you can enjoy unrivalled views of the bay and the surrounding area from this secluded pool while relaxing with a good read. At Xmas and New Year you can enjoy watching the fireworks from the Kata Thani hotel on Kata Noi beach either from our balcony or on the beach itself just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. You will have access to the pool. The apartment is otherwise self contained. The Kata Noi beach is across the road from the apartment. kata & karon region Kata Noi is a beach on the southwestern side of the island of Phuket in Thailand. Our apartment sits on top of it with magnificent views. Twenty kilometres from Phuket town, beautiful Kata is a scenic gem, its clear water flanked by hills, and picturesque Ko Pu sits offshore. Kata retains a village feel at its northern and southern ends and is perhaps more family-oriented, its one-kilometre long beach more peaceful than Patong. The main road runs from Kata at the end near Karon Beach all the way to Kata Noi Beach. In Kata centre you can find many shops that sell tourist gifts. These shops can be grouped into gift, tailor, music, and massage. Restaurants are well-priced and food is good. Bars start further on down the road towards Kata Beach. Kata Noi Beach has safe swimming and does not have any drop offs. It is safe for children and non-swimmers. Always take notice of the flags that fly, they will let you know if it is not safe to swim. There are rock pools on either side of the sandy bay. Sitting on the beach and looking right you may see local fishermen on the rocks trying to catch their supper. One kilometre north of Kata Noi is Kata Yai, a larger beach with more hotels and development. The beach is also superb. Many fish inhabit the rocks and corals along the shoreline stretching north. We can recommend the transport company we have used for 10 years, or use taxis from the stand 100m away or just walk to the beach and wonderful restaurants 100m away. The apartment has spectacular views over Kata Noi Bay and the beach. Our balcony is a wonderful place for sunset cocktails and home delivery Thai food gazing out over Kata Noi bay.
