The space My XL Budget Studio is a 50 m2 fully serviced studio apartment which comfortably sleeps two people in the comfy King Size bed; an extra double sofa bed is available on request, for a third or fourth guest. The apartment is on the Thirteenth floor (Fl 13) so there is always a nice breeze, it is also fully air-conditioned. The kitchen has all modern appliances, including a microwave, fridge-freezer, sink, electric hob, toaster; kettle. The apartment is very spacious and has its own balcony. There is plenty of storage space in the mirrored wardrobes; there is also a safe for your valuables. The bathroom has a walk in shower, there's a modern WC and a washbasin fitted into a black & white granite worktop. This stunning apartment has everything that a guest could wish for and desire! Guest access In the View Talay 2 Complex there is a massive swimming pool, with a pool-side restaurant/bar that serves Thai & International cuisine. There is also a convenience store, Thai massage shop, tour shop, in fact everything that you need! For the kids there is a children’s pool and also a separate children’s play area.
