Stockholm's Sjöstad. Take the free boat to Södermalm

The city within the city, located a stone's throw from Stockholm/Söder. Sjöstaden is an area with nice ...... The space In the middle of the central lakeside town is this 2-bedroom apartment. Well-planned with bedroom, spacious toilet and a kitchen with living room adjacent to the balcony. The whole apartment is 46 sqm but feels bigger. Nice and child-friendly courtyard. Outside there is a tram, buses, grocery stores, liquor stores and the large Swedish hamburger chain MAX. SLALOM SLOPE AND BATHING AREA: Walking distance to the slalom slope that is open during winter. If you continue the walking path, you will also find Sickla Lake with swimming and small nice places to have coffee. CULTURE HOUSE DIESEL WORKSHOP Also the cultural center, Dieselverkstaden, which offers an art gallery, a fine modern library, stages of various productions and lectures. Or why not visit the climbing facility upstairs in the nice building that is an old industrial building. There you will find a great climbing room that suits both experienced and inexperienced climbers. TELE2 ARENA: If you take a walk in the other direction from my apartment, we have Tele2 Arena, which is a sports and event arena. The arena has a sliding roof and is used for different types of events all year round, for example, Swedish soccer, concerts, horse, motor and ice sports. GLOBEN: Next to it is also Globen, now more officially Avicii Arena. It was inaugurated on February 19, 1989 and was until 2023 the world's largest spherical building, when it was surpassed in size by the Sphere. SÖDER: You can even take the boat, which is free, and go across the canal and there you have the whole big city in front of you, Stockholm. From the boat, you get off at Söder and a short walk away you will find Skånegatan, which is a summer pedestrian street between 24 april and Nytorget with the lovely pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants. Guest access At the entrance there is a toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer. Also in the building there is a larger laundry room to book. The apartment is bright and nice and well planned. You rent a room but during different periods, the entire apartment can also be rented out....... mostly! The bedroom has a 140 cm bed and spacious area to store clothes, etc. Kitchen with dining table and next to a sofa and TV next to the balcony. I often use the bar bench to sit and work with my laptop. If necessary, a garage space can also be discussed, but then there will be a fee for this that we will include here.
