The ground floor features a spacious living-room with fireplace as well as the kitchen, opening out onto a covered patio offering a splendid view over the valley of the Judrio, the hills of Slovenia and the Julian Alps. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a landing with sofa bed giving out onto a large covered veranda. The house is equipped with satellite TV and all the necessary garden furniture for eating and relaxing out of doors while admiring the wonderful view. Guest access In the centre of the Estate, about 4 min away with the car, you have also available a large swimming-pool for all the guest of the Agriturismo. The house have a parking space for one or more cars. On the hill you have a white road. The road is well maintained and there are no problems for the car on the track.
