Our tiny house is tucked away on a peaceful semi-rural lane, offering an ideal stay for individuals or couples. Just a 5-minute walk to Wainui Beach and a short 5-minute drive to downtown Gisborne, you’ll have easy access to both Gissy’s most scenic beach and the city center. Whether you’re here for a relaxing beach break, a work trip, or a surf session, our cozy tiny house is the perfect base for your stay. The space The guest house has its own private entrance. You'll share a driveway with our main house, but your peace and privacy are paramount. Our tiny house features two distinct areas - an open kitchen/living space and a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchenette includes a electric hob, fridge, small freezer & microwave. Kitchen equipment is provided. If dining out is your preference, we offer recommendations for excellent food outlets and restaurants in Gisborne city. Our guesthouse ensures year-round comfort with a heat pump/air conditioning unit, making it comfortable regardless of the climate. Enjoy a small outdoor area adjacent to the guesthouse, perfect for relaxing on summer afternoons after a swim, walk, or surf! We offer a convenient self-check-in system, but we're often available to meet and greet you personally if you’d prefer. Guest access Our guest house is a separate building next to our main house. You will see us passing from time to time but we respect your privacy & space. There is one small step to get to the guesthouse. The driveway is right next to the entrance. Other things to note We are on a private septic and water tank system. Please be mindful what you put down the drain, toxic or wipes, sanitary products etc will immediately damage our septic system. We rely on the rain to fill our tanks, please be considerate of your water usage In the summer months. Please do not ride the bikes in the beach.
