Welcome to our family sheepfold of 1769 totally renovated in the heart of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises. A large living room will allow you to share and conviviality. All amenities are present and much more... Located in the Ustou Valley bordered by streams of mountains and a Castle. Hikes to the waterfalls of Ars (15 minutes) the Cirque de Cagateille (20 minutes away), kayaking, fishing, mountain biking, 10 minutes from the ski resort of Guzet and the thermal resort of Aulus les Bains 15 minutes away . Fabulous The space The sheepfold has a large living room with its fireplace, its 8 seater farm table and open kitchen, a living room with a TV (only film DVD and blue ray) and a WIIU game console with a Wi-Fi channel. Bathroom with bathtub with mountain views and a separate toilet. On the first floor a large dormitory with 2 beds in 120 and a professional baby football, a room with a bed in 160 with a fabulous view and another room with a bed in 120. On the top floor on the mezzanine with views of the castle, a large bed in 180. There is a large cellar with wood storage, washing machine and dryer.
