Seaside apartment 80m from a beach

I'm renting an apartment in a house, fully equipped, air-conditioned, separate entrance, ground floor with a front yard. Only 80m from the beach on Vir island, near Zadar, Croatia. Parking space available. The space House has 2 separate apartments with separate entrances. There are 3 stores, restaurant and a cafe bar within 100m from the house. 30km from the airport Zadar. From Zadar you can take a bus to Vir, which goes almost hourly, or you can take a taxi. Guest access Apartment is fully equipped. Living room has pull-out couch for 2 more people, so it can accommodate 6 people. Other things to note Drinking water has to be store bought, tap water is used for all other uses.
