"Staycation" studio with Lake, Garden, and Pool

A brand new studio apartment with quiet environment, located in busy area near Pondok Indah & Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta. Our studio offers a "staycation" concept where you don't have to get out to the city (even it is near): - The balcony view: 2 swimming pools, a lake with jogging track, children playground, and gardens! - A comfy spot on the corner with large bean bag to relax, enjoy your books or music. - Samsung AC - 32" LED TV with stereo speakers and sub woofer - Clothing hanger The space - A studio approx. 20 square meter with bathroom, balcony facing east (morning sunshine), and a small washroom. - A very large bean bag that is so comfortable even for extra bed at night! The bean bag is also perfect spot for reading your books or relax and watch movies. - A bed fits enough for two people (200 x 120cm), and can be divided into two beds for more sleep space. - Liquid body soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and also coffee & tea as complimentary. - Bathroom with shower (water heater currently unavailable), and a seating closet. - A small balcony with great view. Guest access - 2 swimming pools (adult & child), lake with jogging track, all for free. - Cafetaria, mini market, laundry, local F&B tenants available on ground floor. - Steps away from famous franchise restaurants & bakeries, or order online if you are too lazy to get up :D - Secured parking access (motorcycle / car) Other things to note - Wi-Fi is available for optional and additional charge applies. - Cable TV is available by monthly charges). However i could lend you my USB drive full of newest High Definition movies or TV series and play it through the LED TV (we love movies!). - The unit is facing east, so the morning sunshine goes in through the balcony door. - The main road will usually have congested traffic during busy hours. So it is a perfect place to have a vacation with everything in this apartment and nearby ;) - There are few towers still on progress therefore consider some work noises. - Moslem Prayer Calling from the mosque nearby may be heard in several times a day, but only could be heard in decent volume. - If you bring a car / motorcycle, parking charges will apply (SecureParking).
