Cozy studio

The studio is located in the attic of our house in the south of the city of Mülheim an der Ruhr, in the district of Holthausen/Raadt. The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car) The space The cozy studio (approx. 30 m²) in the attic (3rd floor) of the house is a large space with a shower bathroom. It is a large living/sleeping area for 1 - 3 people (double sofa bed and single bed). There is no extra bedroom. In the studio there is a flat-screen TV, stereo system as well as Internet access and a small kitchen area equipped with fridge, microwave with grill, coffee pod machine (Senseo), kettle, toaster, sink and dining area. There is no cooking facility! There is a hairdryer in the shower room. NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION! Guest access When arriving by car: Parking is best in Parsevalstraße. This is the street before you enter Böllrodt Street. There is free public parking here. Böllrodt Street is a small neighboring street and not suitable for parking. Opposite Parsevalstraße house number 70 (this is an office building) we have a side entrance to the house. Stairs lead up to the house. The side entrance can of course be used. When arriving by public transport: There are two nearest bus stops, they are called 'Windmühlenstraße' and 'Flughafen'. Bus line 130 runs here.
