The apartment is situated in town center, in a quiet location. The space 1-bedroom apartment is located in the center of the town, on the third floor of a four-story building. Within walking distance there are: several banks, a large market, food stores, shopping centers, souvenir shops, travel companies’ offices. The house is located not far from (a two-minutes' walk) three nearest transport bus stops, providing access to all areas of the town and located on the main urban transport lines. The airport is 25-30 minutes away by car. About 50 meters away from the apartment you can admire wonderful and picturesque view: to the North – two “home” volcanoes: Avachinskiy and Koryakskiy (from the right to the left) and if you turn around (to the South) you’ll see the Avacha Bay, Viluchinskiy and Mutnovskiy volcanoes! In the apartment you will find a cozy kitchen (6 sq.m.) with a dining area equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, microwave oven, 2-burner ceramic stove, fridge, toaster, electric kettle and coffee maker), as well as everything for cooking and table layout. FREE OF CHARGE: tea, coffee, sugar, salt, vegetable oil, soy sauce, dishwasher tabs, paper napkins, hand towels.
