Our house was built in 2020 and is energy neutral. The heat pump provides pleasant warmth in winter and cools the house on warm days. Our backyard borders a ditch and forest, which guarantees an instant vacation feeling! The beach is close by (less than 3 km) as well as the nature reserves Madesteijn and Ockenburgh. Beautiful and quiet surroundings for hiking and cycling. Historical cities such as Delft, Rotterdam, Leiden and Amsterdam are nearby (between 20-55 minutes drive). The space We have a beautiful spacious and cozy semi-detached house in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The house features a spacious and modern kitchen and large living room. The house has two bathrooms and a toilet on each floor. The double bedroom with a 1.60 m bed is on the first floor. The two single bedrooms (both with a bed of 1.40 m) are in the attic (with shared bathroom). In one of these rooms, an extra single mattress is available (of course) with bedding. Our garden is bordered by a ditch and there is no fence. We have a spacious front and backyard with privacy. At the back, there is a view of a forest. There is a private driveway and a garage for bicycles. Guest access All rooms except our own bedroom. Other things to note The house is 1 km from the beach as the crow flies. By bike or on foot, it is about 3 km. It is a beautiful, wide, white and quiet beach with some cozy beach bars. Also, there is an opportunity for water sports such as (kite) surfing and sailing. There is an extensive network of bike paths, and there are beautiful historic cities such as Delft, Leiden, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam. There are also good medical facilities nearby (hospital 10 minutes away). In the street and in the neighborhood are a number of nice playgrounds and soccer fields for children.
