The apartment is located on the clean, fine-grained sandy beach. In the district "Les Ayguades" district, these are the only apartments that are located directly on the beach. The facility can only be used by vacationers of the holiday facility. A car-parking space is available dircetly in front of the apartment. The property has one bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette, "open bedroom" (which can be reached via a small staircase), a large balcony with a fantastic view!!! The space The apartment is on the 1st floor. It has one bedroom and bathroom. If you go a little further into the apartment, you will find the living- and kitchen area. A few more steps and you are standing on the balcony with a fantastic view, without a beach promenade and therefore you can hear the sea rushing with a light swell. From the living room a small staircase leads up to the attic ("open bedroom "). Here is a large double bed and a large wardrobe. All in all, the apartment is really furnished to make you feel good, we ourselves spend our well-deserved vacation here every year, maybe you too soon? The location is simply unique. It is located in a nature reserve and above all directly on the gently sloping sandy beach and thus on the sea. There are no signs of 'mass tourism'! There is no boardwalk! The apartment is located in a "building-U" which is open to the sea. For this reason, even in strong winds, you can sit on the balcony without any problems and you can enjoy the side view of the sea.
