Beautiful room in central Brighton (ladies only)

This is for ladies only please. I live in a beautiful Victorian house with lots of original features. I'm central to everything so this is a great location. Ten mins walk to Brighton station. Ten mins walk to North Laine, town centre and fifteen mins to the beach. I live with 3 pedigree cats who are all very friendly! Cat lovers only I'm afraid... The space This is a bright room in a lovely Victorian house. I'm very central to everything so this is a great location. I live in the Seven Dials area of Brighton which is a fantastic place to live because of its abundance of restaurants and bars. I even live opposite a lovely pub called The Chimney House which serves delicious food and has a great atmosphere. There is also a fabulous breakfast cafe called Joe’s which is only a stones throw from my house and they serve great coffee and incredible breakfasts/brunches! Guest access Guest bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and garden During your stay I'm available to answer any questions my guests may have and I'm happy to recommend great places to eat or drink nearby Other things to note There is meter parking in my street. Its a resident parking street and it’s zone Q. It's £1.40 per hour to park .. You can park for 4 hours at a time and then it’s free to park after 8pm and up until 9am The chimney house is a great pub, run by friends of mine, directly across the rd from me and it serves fantastic food. There are also plenty of other restaurants and pubs close by. I recommend The Shakespeares Head and The Good Companions. Brighton station is only a ten min walk away and the beach and centre of town is just fifteen minutes walk down the rd. I have 3 beautiful pedigree cats who are all very friendly so my place will only suit cat lovers I’m afraid! Also.. ladies only please
