Security doors are located at both the front and rear entrances of the building. The living area features comfortable modern furnishings, a SMART TV with NETFLIX, free Wifi, and patio doors that open out to the balcony to give the feeling of indoor/outdoor open living. The fully equipped kitchen includes an Espresso machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, all necessary utensils, and cooking equipment. Basic staples such as Coffee, tea, Australian olive oil, and salt/pepper are supplied. Master bedroom: Queen size bed, modern furnishings, built in wardrobes. Bed 2: 2 King Single Beds and built in wardrobes. You"ll also find a washing machine and dryer with Earth Choice washing liquid in the unit. A clothes rack is located in the apartment with the availability of a clothesline on the roof deck of the building. A single lock-up garage at the rear of the building is suitable for small vehicles only. There is no other parking provided other than street parking.
