A small and charming house in front of the beach with a unique location due to it´s privacy and seafront view. 50 meters in a straight line from the beach. Private terrace Parking on the street 50 meters from the house with a parking permit provided by us or on the access to the house (depending on availability since it´s shared with the neighboors) The space One of the first houses of old Arrifana, always in our family. It´s old walls and low ceiling give a sense of confort, the sound of the sea gives the rest. Guest access Private terrace with water hoose to take away the sand. Other things to note It´s a natural park and very close to the ocean so some ants can appear if you leave food on the countertops and in exceptionally hot days with SW wind very small flies can appear but they are harmless...
