The balcony has view to the sea, mountains and the unique Benalmadena Marina. Kitchen with dining area, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with a small freezer compartment and cooking equipment and utensils for own cooking The bath room has a shower and washing machine. There is hair dryer, iron board and iron. The reception of the property is open around the clock. Special price for monthly rental : Monthly rentals have a discount all year round ( shows up when entering the dates of stay). Lowest prices from October to May. Guest access Bed linen, towels, electricity, water, kitchen utensils and Wi-Fi is included in the rental price. Other things to note NOTE : There is no cleaning fee included in the rent as most guests prefer to clean the studio themselves before departure, but if you prefer not to do the final cleaning yourself , it can be done for a fee of 40 € Personal Items left behind: In the event that any personal item is left behind, we will be willing to keep it for you for a period of a month. You can pick it up in person or via messenger/ courier. For the courier service, we will gladly package and weigh the items and provide you an address where you can arrange a pick up.
