Camp Loon near Butterfield Lake/ Alexandria Bay

Recently renovated, very clean Non- Smoking cottage adjacent to Butterfield Lake in Redwood, NY. This cozy 1 bedroom cottage is perfect for 4 who would enjoy fishing and relaxing by the water. . The double bed sofa folds flat for 2 children or 2 smaller adults. (No more than 4 guests per night at this listing.) Prior to booking get approval for pet. ($30 charge per each pet). There is wifi, TV and DVR. Guests may bring their Firestick or Roku for watching TV as there is no cable. The space Our cottage is close to the Thousand Islands, 6.5 miles to Alexandria Bay and 15 miles to Clayton. Both towns are on the St. Lawerence in the Thousand Island area of New York with numerous restaurants. Butterfield has no public beaches, but swimming, paddle boarding, tubing and water skiing can be enjoyed out on the lake with a boat. Boat rentals are available nearby at Riverbay Boat and Kayak Rentals.. (In the past, our guests have had a boat delivered to them here at Butterfield, but check if thats still available before you book this rental.) Small children will enjoy playing at one of two public beaches and playgrounds located at Keewaydin State Park in Alexandria Bay and at Cedar Point State Park in Clayton. Guest access Parking is available for one car in front of the cottage parallel to the cottage and the road. Guests have use of the entire house. Garbage may be put inside the small garage with the dark green roof, across the street from the cottage. (Please do not leave garbage outside because this attracts animals.) Other things to note This is a kid friendly listing. Let us know if you will need a pack and play and or a high chair. Prior approval of pet is necessary. Pets are allowed as long as they are clean and flea free. Pets are NOT allowed on bed or furniture. Guests are required to pick up outside after their pets. Pets must be crated when they are left alone in the cottage.
