New house 180 m² that can accommodate 8 people 50 m from the dike/bike path. In the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Natural Park, enjoy exceptional views of Lac du Temple. 2 hours from Paris and 25 minutes from Troyes. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, equipped kitchen. Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 bathroom with toilet. Enclosed garden with plancha, umbrella, deckchairs, trampoline, swing and parking space. Optional cleaning €90. The space Important: This is our main home in which we leave our personal belongings (clothes, belongings, toys, etc.) including during the rental. The terrace is partly visible from the path that borders the house, but there is very little passage and this allows you to admire the lake fully. In the garage we leave you at your disposal: 2 adult bikes, two child bikes (6 and 10 years old) Guest access You will have access to all the rooms of the house, except for one room that we lock to store our most personal belongings. Someone is likely to come mow the lawn during the booking, you will be informed if this is the case.
