The space The cottage has independent and direct access from the Villa parking lot, which has two 3-KW Tesla Wall Connectors. The independent access opens onto a large terrace equipped with every comfort, ideal for lunches and dinners, and from where guests can access the park and the area reserved for them. As for outdoor spaces, guests can also exclusively enjoy the garden, botanical garden, an additional and large sun terrace with deck chairs, big gazebo with wicker lounge, table with chairs, especially ideal for sunset aperitifs. Inside, the cottage features in the first room a complete kitchen with every utensil and appliance, dining table, television and very comfortable, double sofa bed.
