With a bonfire pit, horse corral and kids play area it’s a great place to unwind and spend time with friends and family The space Come relax by our babbling creek in the comfort of traditional cabins surrounded by the beauty and peace of nature. Because of the beautiful setting, secluded nature and great common areas, our cabins provide a perfect facility to connect with family and friends as well as nature in comfort. There are 5 cabins and camping space on the grounds as well, should you like to space your group out more. For a short video showcasing the property, go to https://youtu.be/lQAWt_n1ZWQ The space is exclusively yours because we only rent the cabins out as a whole facility, so camping with tents or under the stars is always an option. We offer camping for an additional $5 per person per night. If members of your group bring their RV's or Camp Trailers it is $20 per night for the first 2 people, and $5 for each additional person per night. The newly remodeled pavilion has a concrete floor great for dancing and a full outdoor kitchen complete with refrigerator, hot and cold water sink, camp stove, barbecue, and two rolling countertops so you can arrange it to your own needs. There are also two fully furnished bathrooms for campers, each complete with their own toilets and extra large shower. We also offer an awning for the pavilion for a one time charge of $200 (includes set up and take down). This is a great option for groups who want a little extra shaded or rain free space. One of the funnest new additions is our kids area named Fort Kidd, which hosts two horse swings, sandbox and a stage. We also have a beautiful horse corral with hitching rail, $5 per horse per night (2 night minimum). Guests are responsible for their own horse's food (certified hay only) and watering. Much like the rest of the facility, the horse corral is entirely yours to use. Unfortunately, as per Air BnB’s current rules and regulations, parties and events are no longer allowed. Guest access As a 1700 acre ranch located at the very base of Bridger Teton National Forest, there are plenty of amazing hiking trails on the property, and while we’ve made a lot of our land walk-in accessible, the area surrounding the cabins is reserved only for guests. We only ask that you stay out of the crop fields for the most part, and avoid driving on them entirely. As for the facilities that are part of the cabins, including the bonfire area, pavilion, horse corrals and kids play area, you have complete access. This space is for you and your group to enjoy and feel at home in, and while we’re only a few minutes drive away if you need anything, the space is yours alone while you’re here. We only ask that you treat it with love, care and respect. Other things to note Trash disposal - We will be happy to stop by and pick up the trash bins in the pavilion as they fill up. In an effort to encourage recycling and reduce our impact, we dispose of one trash bag per day of general waste, but any paper recycling, aluminium recycling and compost collection is free as long as guests have been responsible about keeping them separated. Any additional bags of general waste beyond the one/day will be charged $5 per bag. Housekeeping - While we try to provide guests with all they need, and are happy to drop off additional items as needed, there is no housekeeping service provided during the course of your stay. It can however be arranged for an additional cost.
