ESJ Towers is located ON the beach so from the building lobby, you can access the beach. o Fairmont El San Juan Hotel is located in the building next door, with their casino open daily from 10AM to 4AM (18 hours). o FLOOR & VIEW: Situated on the 15th floor, offering ocean views from the balcony. o KITCHEN: Enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. 👩‍🍳 o SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: There is one king sized bed. o 24/7 On-Site building security o Coffee shop and bar available at the Lobby. Guest access o LUGGAGE STORAGE: You may store your luggage free of charge at the lobby. o BEACH ACCESS: The beach gate is open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM (hours are subject to change). o PARKING: You have access to one free GUEST parking spot in the garage (not a specific assigned parking spot). Maximum car height: 6 Feet! Large pickups do not fit in the garage. o AMENITIES: Lobby coffee shop and lobby bar. No pool. No A/C in the hallways or common areas. While there is a small gym and game room in the lobby (note that the games require payment to play), we prefer not to advertise these as amenities. The gym is quite limited, and the machines, along with the game room equipment, are not always in working condition. If they happen to be functional during your stay, feel free to take advantage of them! However, when booking with us, please expect that we do NOT offer a gym or game room, as we cannot guarantee their availability. o BEACH ESSENTIALS: We provide two beach chairs (Tommy Bahama), one umbrella, and one cooler for use during your stay. You may also rent lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach if needed. o LAUNDRY FACILITIES: Open daily from 6 AM to 11 PM. Machines are token-operated; tokens can be purchased at the lobby Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM for $3.00 per token (valid for one cycle, price subject to change). Other things to note o PRIME LOCATION: We are conveniently located ON the beach but just 5 minutes from SJU Airport. 15 min. to The Mall of San Juan, 10 minutes from the Convention District, 15 minutes from the Cruise Ship Port and Plaza Las Américas, 25 minutes from the Bacardí Rum Distillery, and 35 minutes from the lush El Yunque Rainforest. o POWER OUTAGES: Unfortunately, power outages occur more frequently than we’d like and are unpredictable. The building has a backup generator for common areas (including elevators), but our unit is not connected to it. In the event of an outage, restoration is solely dependent on the electrical company. We do NOT offer refunds for power outages. ***To help during outages, we provide a rechargeable fan, battery-powered lamp, and a rechargeable battery for small electronics like phones.*** o HOUSEKEEPING: We do not have on-site staff, so towels and linens are not replenished during your stay. Each guest is provided with one full towel set for the duration of their stay. One towel set includes: 1 body towel, 1 face towel, 1 hand towel and 1 beach towel. o BUILDING MAINTENANCE: Repairs, maintenance work, and construction are common in the building and typically take place Monday–Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM. During these hours, noise can sometimes be heard inside the apartment. o NOISE DISCLAIMER: The neighboring hotel operates A/C rental units that can be loud and are audible from the balcony. Please note that ocean waves cannot be heard from the balcony.
