Light & spacious family home in Hackney

Welcome to our spacious family home in Lower Clapton, Hackney. We live on a tree-lined, peaceful residential street, just minutes from Chatsworth Road; brimming with cafes, independent shops and a Sunday market. Hackney is a lively and cultured area of east London, full of galleries, delicious restaurants and great pubs! We have good transport links to Central London and are 25 minutes from Liverpool Street Station. We have two good-natured short hair cats, who are used to children. The space This is a spacious property with a large and airy kitchen/dining area overlooking the garden; great for cooking and relaxing. There is a living room on the ground floor with cable TV and wood-burning stove. We have two bathrooms; one with bath, shower and WC and another small shower room with WC. There is an additional WC. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a small double bed in bedroom 2. In bedroom 3 there is a single bed. In the basement room, we have a double sofa bed and two additional floor mattresses that would be suitable for an adult and teen/child. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The house is family friendly with children's books and some toys. In spring and summer, the garden is a little oasis. Guest access You will have access to all areas of the house and garden. Other things to note We have two short hair black cats called Queenie and Diego. They will be staying in the house with you, but they come and go through a cat flap and there is no litter tray to deal with. They're very good-natured cats and used to children. It may be possible to arrange a neighbour to come and feed them if it's not something you're comfortable with :)
