A very luxurious house of 250m2 in the center of Nidri the most popular area in Lefkada island. The villa is located 300m away of the sea and the main street of Nidri though in a very quiet place. You will need no car to reach the cafes ,restorants and all the other shops of the area. The space The three-level house is fully equipped and decorated. At the first level there is a private parking ,at second level there is the living room ,an office, a small bathroom and a spacious kitchen , at the third floor there are 3 bedrooms, a big bathroom with hydromassage column and a very spacious attic with 2 single beds.All the rooms of the house have wired internet connection ,security alarm, intercom system installation and clima . There are available all the household appliances (oven,microwave oven,fridge,dishwasher,built-in coffee maker,electric hobs,washing machine-dryer,hair dryer).
